General Ordering Info

DELIVERY
We ship your order by UPS ground service whenever possible. Allow 4-9 working days for delivery. Rush service is available for an additional $2.95. Rush shipments are shipped by Air and are delivered within 3-4 days.

We have most of the products in this catalog IN STOCK for immediate delivery. Our inventory is backed by a full time retail store and warehouse.

COD
C.O.D. service is available on U.S. orders. Payment must be made with cash, money order, or cashier check. We will not accept payment by personal or business checks.

SHIPPING RATES
U.S. 48 states $4.95 flat rate. HI and AK Air Delivery $7.90 (All products except landsailers, bikes, buggies). Canada: $10.00 flat rate - ground service, $30.00 for air. Other international orders are billed at actual cost.

PAYMENT
On credit card orders, please include your credit card billing address. We will not ship your order if we cannot verify your credit card.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We recommend payment by credit card. Payment by check drawn with a U.S. bank is also accepted. We ship all orders in accordance with standard international shipping procedures. Shipping, duties, and customs charges will be billed to you. Do not include shipping charges with your order.

DUTY FREE SHIPPING
Some countries such as Japan allow Sporting Goods for Competition Usage to be imported duty free. If your order qualifies, please check the appropriate box or state the usage on your order.

DAMAGED GOODS
Items damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge. If a package appears damaged, do not accept the delivery. If you find something broken after opening, contact the carrier (UPS or USPS) for pick-up and notify us immediately. We insure all shipments.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If an item is inoperable or has a defective component (damage or defect not resulting from shipment), contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.

RETURNS
We will issue you a refund or exchange on any item if it is returned in new and unused condition with the following exception: Magic, Video & Software - Exchange only for the same identical item if the product is defective. No refunds. All returns / exchanges must be shipped back to us within 15 days of receipt. For your protection, insure all returns. If a product is determined to be defective prior to use, we will accept it back for exchange or refund, otherwise, please contact the manufacturer for warranty service.
