1. We have a very large inventory of Yo-Yos in stock and can ship most orders whether you want 1 or 100 Yo-Yos. We offer 1 flat rate for shipping to keep things simple.

2.  The Yo-Yo store is a full time, full service business with over 19 years experience in mail order and thousands of customers around the world. We do not operate out of a P.O. BOX. Our store can deliver products 2 u quickly and efficiently.

3.  Our mail order department can deliver your order within 3 BUSINESS DAYS (Weekends and Holidays do not count) after processing your order (If you select Rush Express). Normal ground shipment takes approximately 4-7 days.

4. United States residents, - we offer a flat rate of $4.95 for shipping and insurance. We deliver your yo-yo quickly, inexpensively, and safely by UPS. Note: Some companies ship by Priority Mail; Priority Mail is NOT Insured. We also offer Rush Express Shipping at a flat rate of $7.95 for delivery in 3 business days or less.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We can ship yo-yos to international customers via US Post Office Air Mail. The charge is $3.00 handling charge + actual postage and insurance. This will cost approximately $15-$25 for orders of 1-5 yo-yos. Delivery takes 7-14 days Due to the extra cost and handling of international orders, we must impose a minimum order of $30.00.

On large orders of $200.00 or more we offer Express International service via DHL (7 days or less) for a flat rate of $69.00 per order regardless of the size.
